WA File Tools is run by a small team. Every message is read by a person, and you can expect a reply within two working days.

What to get in touch about

• Something broke

  A file that would not process, a download that failed, a page that did not load. Tell us the tool, the device and browser you were using, and roughly how big the file was — that is usually enough to reproduce it.

• A tool you wish existed

  Every tool on this site started as a WhatsApp limit that annoyed someone. If there is a file problem you keep hitting, describe it and we will look at whether it can be solved in the browser.

• Privacy questions

  Nothing you process here is uploaded, and we cannot see your files. If you want detail on how a particular tool works, or on the analytics and advertising described in the privacy policy, ask.

• Advertising and business

  Sponsorship, partnership or press enquiries are welcome at the same address.

One thing we cannot help with

Recovering a file. Because processing happens entirely on your device and nothing is uploaded, there is no copy of your video, PDF or photo anywhere but your own phone or computer. If a download went missing, check your browser's download folder — we genuinely have nothing to send you.
